Leadership’s role

To lead at Keith Kristofer means providing and maintaining an environment that supports the culture we want.  It’s providing opportunities to learn and grow.  It’s providing guidance when it’s needed and inspiration where we find it. 

Leadership is not telling people what to do.  It’s not motivating people or managing people. It’s creating a place where motivated people can flourish.  It’s doing things that make the people around us better.  Leadership’s job is to chart the path and set the stage.  Everyone can be a leader in some area.  Figure out what excites you and lead on it
