Why do we do what we do? For starters we’re trying to earn a good living, but it’s more than that. We could earn a living lots of ways.

Our why is that we’re trying to build a community of creative hair stylists that have each other’s backs, value education and never stop learning. And we want to do that in an inclusive environment that offers many of the freedoms of self employment along with the structure and benefits of being employed. Sometimes we’re pretty good at it. Sometimes we’re not. What’s important is that we keep learning and keep trying.

Our business is about talent, skills and the ability to do great hair. But it’s more than that. It could be argued that the most impactful thing we do is make people feel better about themselves.
