Sequence

1. Stylist does consultation and gives the client a price quote using pricing spreadsheet.

2. Client makes Payment 1  ( for hair, accessories & shipping)

3. Front Desk Books Appointment AFTER payment 1 is made.

4. Stylist completes the order sheet and turns into Operations Manager or Front Desk

5. Ops Manager or Front Desk uses Order Sheet to place the hair order (after payment 1 is made).

6. When the Hair arrives, front desk should place the package in the extension cabinet/drawer.

7. Stylist should check the order to make sure we got what we ordered.

Payments

Extension Payments must be made with credit card or cash.  No checks on Extension Payments.

Payment 1 - This is for the hair and any other items ordered, including shipping.

Payment 2 - This is for the service portion.

Ordering

Orders are done from the Extension Order sheet that is completed by the stylist.  Make sure that pricing includes overnight or 2 day shipping if that is required.

Make sure you quote and order using a new Order Sheet with CURRENT PRICING.  If the service is a repeat application (not a new client), make sure you do not just use the last quoted price    We have been burned in the past by this when the price of the hair has gone up since the last application.
