Employee, Family and Model Services

Friends & Family Color
- During your scheduled time to work - they pay 50%. This pays for the chemicals and the salon’s portion of the service. No commission is paid to the stylist. If you want commission on these services book them as regular clients.
- During your scheduled time off - they are considered models. Models pay $40 - $70 for color services depending on how chemical product is used. No commission is paid to the stylist.
Friends & Family Cuts - there is charge for employee, family or model cuts.
Assistants in training may perform cut and color services on training models for no charge.
All employee, family and model services must be scheduled and paid for on a ticket/appointment at the time of service. Do not use a time block for these services.
Employees cannot charge each other or accept tips to perform services on other employees
These services may be moved or cancelled if a paying client needs the time slot.

Employee Discount on Retail Products

Employees can purchase retail products for their own use at the salon’s cost. (typically 50% of retail)
Employees do not receive a discount on retail items purchased for friends or relatives.
Employee purchases must be paid for on a ticket when the product is taken from the retail shelf.
