Drug and Alcohol Policy

What you do at home is your business, but if it affects your work performance you will be held accountable.  You should not be at work when your performance and judgement is affected by drugs, including alcohol.  This applies to prescription, non-prescription, legal and illegal drugs including alcohol.

If your performance or judgement at work appears impaired or inadequate due to the use of drugs or alcohol you may be asked to submit to drug testing at a commercial lab within a certain time frame.  If you test positive you may be terminated.  Cutting, coloring. heat styling or applying extensions to people when your under the influence can be dangerous and open us to lawsuits.

If you are under the influence of doctor prescribed drugs and those drugs are affecting your performance in the company's judgment, you will not be allowed to work and you will not be paid for time missed.
